The impale makes it have accuracy of lvl 11

If it were to be level 12 it would be 50% but its lvl 11, so 25%

@Agrassoss still, that would mean it has a 25 chance of hitting which, for me is extremely low

My tip for the sources of damage from coco crab:

Stay on your side of the field to not get direct contact with body

If they do claw attack then run sideways

If they do coconut attack then collect tokens (its not that difficult to dodge)

I say coco is more of an endurance test than a dodging test
