For what it's worth, spending Gumdrops to buy Gummy Bee didn't exist, instead you were using Gumdrops to finish the quests to get Gummy Bee from Gummy Bear.

@Flamingspicybees All his quests involved collecting goo, sometimes from certain fields. The best collectors when the quest first came out were Bubble Wand and Scythe but Porcelain Dipper was added about two weeks into the event. Only way to get Gummy Bee then was finish his quests which means you couldn't use your own Gummy Bee to do the quests. Main ways of getting goo was using Gumdrops (which had just released and were dropping from both mobs and the Honey Dispenser) and the Gummy Cannon.

@CooljestPg Easiest way to get a Cub Buddy now is trade some stickers for a voucher. Last I checked a voucher was worth about half a Star Sign.

Coconut Crab and Coconut Sprouts. Both drop Tropical Drinks and they also drop Coconuts which can be used to craft Tropical Drinks.

Also it will be unobtainable until next Beesmas so it's not that bad.
