Aged Gingerbread Bear

"This cookie has aged an entire year or more! Gives 500 bond to the fed bee and has a 1.1% chance to turn that bee Gifted."

An Aged Gingerbread Bear is a type of treat that was added in the 2021-12-26 update. When fed to a bee, it raises its bond by 500 and has a 1.1% chance of turning the bee gifted. Unused Gingerbread Bears would transform into aged gingerbread bears after the next Beesmas has started. These cannot be used to purchase items from Bee Bear's Catalog.

The formula for the chance of turning a bee gifted is as follows: $([1 - 0.989^x]* 100)\%$, where x is the number of Aged Gingerbread Bears fed to a bee.

Ways to Obtain

• The only way to obtain Aged Gingerbread Bears is by saving Gingerbread Bears until the start of the next Beesmas.

Trivia

• This, along with Gingerbread Bears and Star Treats, are the only items that can turn Event bees gifted (as they lack favorite treats.)
• Aged Gingerbread Bears do not apply for quests that ask for the player to feed Gingerbread Bears to their bees, such as Bee Bear's "Snow Cub Reformation (2/5)" quest.
• If you got the free Gingerbread Bear from the Retro Swarm Challenge before Winter Beesmas 2024, even if it wasn’t a year before, when Beesmas started, that Gingerbread Bear immediately turned into an Aged one.
• Feeding 100 Aged Gingerbread Bears to a bee does not guarantee to turn it gifted. The chance of it becoming gifted is about 66.9%.
