An Army Ant is one of five mobs that is part of a family called Ants that are exclusively found in the Ant Challenge, past the Ant Gate.
This is one of the first Ant Challenge mobs that the player will encounter, capable of appearing on the very first wave. Despite being able to appear on the first wave, Army Ants usually start appearing at around the second or third waves.
Army Ants have army helmets on their heads and will pursue the player. They have the ability to pounce on the player and have a little more health than most other ants. Less damage is dealt to these ants because of their defense.
An Army Ant's level can increase depending on what wave of the Ant Challenge the player is on. They can range from level 1 up to level 16.

Strategies[]
- Army Ants are quite slow which gives the player time to react and dodge before they pounce on the player.
- Jumping past the Army Ant will enable your bees to lock onto the Army Ant while letting the player get around the Army Ant without getting pounced on.
- If they appear, they occasionally spawn in waves, but not always. Vicious Bee and Windy Bee provide excellent crowd control with their abilities which could greatly help counter the large amounts of Army Ants landing on the field. Digital Bee can also stun many Army Ants at once and allow them to take extra damage via Mind Hack.
