It's December, and Beesmas has come to the Bee Swarm Simulator Wiki!
Join us for some festivities, including a month long art challenge and Secret Santa!
Check this post to learn more about what we have to offer.
Badges are part of the achievement system of Bee Swarm Simulator. There are currently 155 badges in Bee Swarm Simulator (including inactive badges). 30 of the badges are currently unobtainable.
Most of these badges are based on collecting a certain amount of pollen from a certain field. Obtaining a non-event badge awards Tickets and a permanent boost. Boosts in the same category do not stack - earning a higher-ranked badge overwrites the old boost with the new one. The number of Tickets earned depends on the rank of the badge earned.
The player needs the Goo Hotshot badge to enter Gummy Bear's Lair, 15 badges of any tier to enter the Badge Bearer's Guild, and one ace badge to access the special room in the Badge Bearer's Guild.
Certain badges also unlock the chance to obtain special one-time badge rewards from the Wind Shrine called Badge Shivers, which can be obtained by donating specific items. The more items you donate, the higher chance you have of a Badge Shiver.
Event badges are the only badges that don't give any tickets, permanent buffs, or even show up in the badge menu, but the Beesmas badges allow the player to get two different masks with some buffs (the B.B.M. Mask and the Mondo B.B.M. Mask), and the Egg Hunt 2019, Egg Hunt 2020, and the Ready Player Two badges each gave an item for the player's Roblox avatar. The only exception to this were the fifteen badges from The Classic, the eight badges from The Games, and the 2 badges from the Winter Spotlight. which didn't give any avatar items, but counted as currency in the event hubs.
Upon claiming any non-event badge, it will be announced in the server publicly, and a cheerful audio will play in the background, saying:
🥇 {Username} earned the {Badge Name} - {Badge Rank} 🥇

Trivia[]
The Ant Field is the only field that doesn't have a badge.
In the 2018-06-02 update, Ticket prizes for badges were increased. If the player had already claimed these badges, they received the extra Tickets when they logged back in.
Even though Grandmaster Badges were added in the 2018-09-10 update, their icons still show images of the map prior to the 2018-07-11 update.
After the badges were released in the 2018-05-12 update, the Clover Badge was bugged and did not give any loot luck. In the 2019-09-28 update, this has been fixed.
The Hive Hub Badge, Coconut Badge, Pepper Badge and the Mountain Top Badge are the only badges that need more pollen than the other badges (10,000,000 pollen for Hive Hub Cadet, 50,000,000 pollen for Coconut Cadet and Pepper Cadet and 100,000,000 pollen for Mountain Top Cadet, rather than 250,000 for the other fields).
Badges can be used to get badge shivers from the Wind Shrine. These can give good loot. However, each shiver can only be obtained once.
As of 2024-05-24, the obtainable badges with the least amount of people to achieve them are the Hive Hub Grandmaster and the Mountain Top Grandmaster Badges, with only 15 and 1 players respectively.
These milestones have been ruined when Onett accidentally uploaded debug tools into the main game on 2024-06-06.
The Grandmaster Sticker Stack Badge is impossible to obtain due to the number of Stickers required (500) is larger than the number of Stickers in the game (288).
