A Bitterberry is a type of treat that, when fed to a bee, raises its bond by 100 and has a 1/1000 chance to make it mutated. The chance is boosted to 1/100 if the bee is radioactive. These are not the favorite treat of any bee.

• Farming in the Mushroom Field, Spider Field, Pineapple Patch, Cactus Field, Rose Field, Mountain Top Field, and Pepper Patch.
  • Harvesting leaves in these fields may also yield bitterberries.
• As a guaranteed drop from Commando Chick, Mondo Chick, and the Coconut Crab.
• As a drop from ladybugs, spiders, scorpions, rage aphids, Tunnel Bear, and King Beetle.
• As a gift from a cub buddy.
• As a common drop from Mythic Meteors.
• As a drop from a Debug Sprout.
• As an uncommon drop from Puffshrooms.
• As a drop from the Pesticide Planter and The Planter Of Plenty.
  • The Pesticide Planter has a chance of dropping a bonus 100 bitterberries when harvested at full growth in the Spider Field, Mountain Top Field, or Pepper Patch.
