Crimson Bee is a Red Event Bee. It can be obtained by purchasing a Crimson Bee Egg in the Ticket Tent for 250 Tickets.

This bee is better with a Hive with more red bees than Blue/Colorless bees. Its abilities are enhanced when Cobalt Bee is also in the hive.

Like all other Event bees, this bee does not have a favorite treat, and the two known ways to make it gifted is by feeding it a Star Treat or by feeding it Gingerbread Bears.

Crimson Bee likes the Clover Field and the Rose Field. It dislikes the Pineapple Patch.

Stats[]

Abilities[]

  • [Red Pulse] Fires a pulse that hops between your red bees, collecting pollen around them (+10% per level). Power increases with each hop. If you own Cobalt Bee, fires a Blue Pulse as well.
    • If Gifted, the pulse also causes bees to instantly convert pollen equal to 25% of the bee's Convert Amount (+25% per Field Boost stack).
  • [Red Bomb Sync] Grants 10% Red Pollen and Instant Red Conversion and allows Red Bombs to collect from white Flowers for 30 sec. If Blue Bomb Sync is active, applies to blue flowers as well.

Crimson Bee has a base pollen collection of 10 Red Boost Token in 4 seconds.

That's equivalent to 2.5 Red Boost Token per second.

(20 Red Boost Token in 4 seconds with x2 Bee Pollen gamepass)

Trivia[]

  • The only difference between Crimson Bee and Cobalt Bee's field preferences is that the Crimson Bee likes the Rose Field, whereas Cobalt Bee prefers the Pine Tree Forest.
  • This is one of the two bees which have Abilities that can trigger another bee's ability, the other being its counterpart, Cobalt Bee.
  • This is one of the four Event bees who have different color faces on the hive rather than the bee itself, the others being Cobalt Bee, Festive Bee, and Vicious Bee.
    • This is the first bee that is both a red bee and an Event bee, with Festive Bee being the second.
  • When Crimson and Cobalt Bee are both in the same hive, the player gets the following bonuses from these ability tokens:
    • Red pulse additionally fires a Blue Pulse to collect from blue bees.
    • If both red bomb sync and blue bomb sync are activated, red bombs can collect from blue and white flowers.
  • This bee, along with Cobalt Bee, are currently the only Event bees to cost 250 tickets.
Apples
  • The description of the Red Bomb Sync ability used to be spelled incorrectly as "apples" instead of "applies".
    • Onett was aware of this and instead changed the "apples" to "🍎 s".
    • This mistake has recently been corrected.
  • This bee, Cobalt Bee, Photon Bee, Windy Bee, Tadpole Bee, Ninja Bee and Shy Bee are the only bees that create a trail.
  • The Crimson Guard, which can be purchased in the Badge Bearer's Guild, has a special design, name, and stats dedicated to Crimson Bee.
    • The Crimson Guard has a passive ability similar to Crimson Bee's red pulse ability.
  • This bee, Cobalt Bee, Puppy Bee, and Windy Bee are the only event bees that don't have an 'enhanced' ability if gifted.
  • According to the similar descriptions of both Crimson Bee and Cobalt Bee, these two Event Bees are working together to unite all Red and Blue Bees together. This shows that unlike the other bees, these opposing-colored bees have a genuine friendship.
