Glitter is a craftable inventory item that was added in the 2018-11-25 update. It grants a +100% pollen boost in the field the player is standing in for 15 minutes upon activation. If used in a field with a planter, the planter gains a 25% growth rate boost until it is harvested. Glitter has a 15 minute and 5 second cooldown between uses. This is to prevent the user from stacking the item's buff for one field.
It can be used in all fields except the Ant Field. Attempting to do so will result in the following message: You can't boost a challenge field

- Crafting via Blender for:
25 Moon Charms- 1 Magic Bean
- Playing any type of Memory Match (Increments of 1 or 5).
- As a reward from donating to the Wind Shrine.
- From a Festive Gift or Festive Mark.
- As a stack reward for adding certain Stickers to the Sticker Stack:
- Sideways Spirit Bear rewards 1 glitter.
- Shining Halo rewards 1 glitter.
- Glowing Smile rewards 1 glitter.
- Every Star Sign sticker rewards 1 glitter.
Drops[]
- As a drop from certain mobs:
- Tunnel Bear
- Coconut Crab
- Stump Snail
- Scorpion (Rare)
- Mantis (Rare)
- Diamond Aphid (Rare)
- King Beetle (Uncommon)
- Wild Windy Bee (Rare)
- Farming in the Dandelion Field, Pineapple Patch, and Spider Field can rarely drop glitter.
- Harvesting leaves in these fields may also yield glitter.
- Can be generated by the fireflies during nighttime.
- As a rare gift from a cub buddy.
- As a rare drop from Mythic Meteors.
- All sprouts (excluding the Debug Sprout) can generate a glitter token (possibilities differ depending on the type of sprout)
- Rare drops from Moon Sprouts will usually yield glitter.
- As a rare drop from harvesting Sparkles.

- Smart, Not Hard gives 1 glitter and other items.
- Meditating On Phenomenon gives 1 glitter and other items.
- Hive Minded Bias gives 3 glitter and other items.
- Epistemological Endeavor gives 4 glitter and other items. Before its nerf, the quest gave 5 glitter.
- Dapper Bear gives glitter on the following quests:
- Unintended Intimidation gives 2 glitter and other items.
- The Trick To Tickets gives 1 glitter and other items.
- Ongoing Maintenance gives 5 glitter and other items.
- All of Spirit Bear's quests except for her 10th and 17th reward glitter.

Trivia[]
- This is one of four consumable items to grant a field boost, the others being Field Dice, Smooth Dice, and Loaded Dice
- It also is the one of the four consumables that shows glitter particles on the field when the said field is boosted.
- This is the only consumable to grant a Field Boost of the player's choice.
- Spirit Bear mentions in one of her quest dialogues, Spirit's Starter, that glitter was once so rare that 1 pouch of it costed 5 million honey.
