The Hydroponic Planter is a reusable planter. Alone it grows in 12 in-game hours and stores around 10 billion pollen, as well as granting bonus Blue Extracts and Oils. It is purchasable in the Blue HQ. It requires the player to complete 150 Gifted Bucko Bee quests for it to be unlocked.

When planted in a field, it grows 50% faster in fields with blue flowers. Blue bees are 50% more likely to sip Nectar while red bees are 50% less likely to sip. This planter grants 40% more Comforting and Refreshing Nectar. Harvesting a fully-grown Hydroponic Planter has a 1/6 (16.66%) chance of spawning a Puffshroom.

The Hydroponic Planter drops extra Blue Extracts in the Blue Flower Field, the Bamboo Field, the Pine Tree Forest, and the Stump Field.

• This and the Heat-Treated Planter had models introduced in Beesmas 2021, but they weren't added as an obtainable item until Beesmas 2022.
• This is the blue counterpart of the Heat-Treated Planter, and its white counterpart is the Petal Planter.
• This is one of the five reusable planters to reside outside of Dapper Bear's Shop, the others being the Red Clay Planter, Blue Clay Planter, Petal Planter, and Heat-Treated Planter.
  • This and the Blue Clay Planter are the only planters to be sold from the Blue HQ.
