The Mushroom Field is one of the five starting fields any player is able to visit upon starting the game. It is the first red field accessible to players in the game. The field is protected by a level 1 ladybug.

This field can spawn treat, strawberry, bitterberry, ticket, red boost, honey, royal jelly, magic bean, and red extract tokens when collecting pollen.

Bees that like the Mushroom Field include Rad Bee, Rascal Bee, Fire Bee, Riley Bee, Baby Bee, Demon Bee, and Festive Bee. Bees that dislike the Mushroom Field include Bumble Bee, Frosty Bee, Shocked Bee, and Ninja Bee.

This field gives Motivating Nectar when a planter is planted here.

Obtaining Boosts

• Using the Red Field Booster may give a Mushroom Field Boost. When it does, it will give +300% Mushroom Field pollen for 15 minutes.
• Using glitter in the field will add 100% Mushroom Field pollen onto the current boost if the boost isn't already maxed out.
• Using field dice, smooth dice, or loaded dice may add +100% - +300% Mushroom Field pollen for 15 minutes if the current boost isn't already maxed out and based on the type used.
• Mushroom Field Winds can be obtained through the Wind Shrine or codes. They have a base of +20% instant Mushroom Field conversion and give +5% instant Mushroom Field conversion and +25% Mushroom Field pollen for each stack. Mushroom Field Winds can stack up to a total of 15 times.
• It can be boosted by the King Beetle Amulet. If it has a Mushroom Field Boost, it can boost the field by +1% to +100%.

The methods below are no longer possible.

• Giving a present to certain NPCs:
  • Gifted Riley Bee gave Mushroom Field Boost x3 and other boosts and items.
  • Onett gave Mushroom Field Boost x1 and other boosts and items.
  • Bubble Bee Man gave Mushroom Field Boost x4 and other boosts and items during Beesmas 2021.
• Completing Gifted Riley Bee's Egg Hunt 2019 Quest gave Mushroom Field Boost x7 (although the boost only went up to x5) and other items.
• Purchasing a Mushroom Field Market Boost from the Boost Market will give x1.5 Mushroom Field Capacity, x1.25 Mushroom Field Pollen, x1.1 Red Pollen, and x1.25 Convert Rate At Hive.
• Redeeming certain expired codes:

Trivia

• There is a small parkour course in the Mushroom Field that can be done to obtain a royal jelly.
• The Bubble Wand model on top of the Blue HQ can occasionally grow a face and blow sparkles onto this field, along with the Blue Flower, Clover, and Dandelion Field.
• Stick Bug is found on the tallest mushroom, along with the Top Stick Bug Fighters leaderboard. This is where the player can start the Stick Bug Challenge if they have given Stick Bug a translator.
• After the 2018-11-25 update was released, Stick Bug would sometimes fall off the tallest mushroom and land in or near the Dandelion Field. This was a visual glitch and didn't affect gameplay. This glitch was patched a few days after the update.
• This is one of the two fields in the Starter Zone with a Ladybug in it, the other being the Clover Field.
• The Yellow Walking Wiggly Person sticker cannot spawn in this field.
