It has what looks to be a black orb with green smoke emitting from it and is surrounded by three black rings. Two of these rings have a small black orb connected to them, with one above and one to the right of the middle orb.

Trivia

• The Pulsar has a similar collection range as the Honey Dipper and the Porcelain Dipper, only both of them have a slightly bigger collection range, and the Porcelain Dipper summons a large pillar of light every 10th swing that collects pollen.
• The Pulsar, Gummyballer, and Sticker-Seeker are tied for the slowest tool in the game (in terms of how long the cooldown of each collection lasts).
• The Pulsar may possibly be the upgraded version of the Vacuum.
  • This is because pulsars are a type of neutron star (which have high gravity and suck stuff in, similar to a vacuum's function).
