It has what looks to be a black orb with green smoke emitting from it, and is surrounded by black rings. It also appears to have two small dark blue orbs on the top right, on the right of the black rings.

Trivia

• The Pulsar has a similar collection range as the Honey Dipper and the Porcelain Dipper, only both of them have a slightly bigger collection range/stats, and the Porcelain Dipper summons a large pillar of light every 10th swing that collects pollen.
