An active snow storm.
An active Snow Storm.

A Snow Storm is a server-wide event that can be summoned by using the Snow Machine or randomly in the game. It is similar to a Honeystorm, but spawns SnowflakeSnowflakes instead. A Snow Storm lasts for 20 seconds.

When a player uses the Snow Machine to summon a Snow Storm, a server-wide announcement states: ❄️ {Username} has activated the Snow Machine! ❄️

SnowflakeSnowflakes will start to fall rapidly from the sky on every field. There is no audio at the beginning of a Snow Storm, unlike a Honeystorm or Mythic Meteor Shower.

When a Snow Storm is randomly summoned, the message states: ❄️ A Snow Storm has begun... ❄️

Trivia[]

  • Occasionally, Onett would spawn a Snow Storm, usually under an alias. This is similar to how he globally summons Mythic Meteor Showers, nighttime, special sprouts, and mobs.
  • Like Honeystorms and Mythic Meteor Showers, Snow Storms can light up the Werewolf's Cave enough to see the Cave Monsters and the Gold EggGold Egg at the end of the cave.
    • Unlike Honeystorms, Snow Storms don't spawn snowflake tokens in the Ant Field.
  • During Beesmas 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025, giving Spirit Bear a PresentPresent would trigger a Snow Storm after her dialogue finishes and the ornament was given.
    • Finishing Spirit Bear’s Beesmas quest would also summon a Snow Storm.
  • The SnowflakeSnowflakes keep falling for a few seconds after a Snow Storm ends because it takes time for the SnowflakeSnowflakes to reach the ground.
  • If a Snow Storm is summoned during nighttime, the white fog will stay even after the Snow Storm has ended until nighttime ends.
