The Tide Popper is a tool that can be crafted in the Blue HQ. The player needs to have completed at least 250 Gifted Bucko Bee quests to unlock it.

Every 3rd swing releases a wave of water that collects pollen, pops bubbles, and converts pollen when a bee is hit by the wave.
When a bubble from the player is popped by any means, it grants a stack of "Tide Power" (2 stacks if it was a golden bubble), which grants faster tool swinging speed and stronger waves. Higher stacks grants a stronger buff.
When Tide Power reaches 495 stacks or greater, each swing of the tool will release a large wave. When Tide Power reaches 500 stacks, it is replaced with "Tidal Surge". It lasts for 10 seconds and grants x2.5 to x1.5 tool swinging speed (starting at x2.5 and gradually decreasing until it reaches x1.5), and every swing releases a large tidal wave. Popping a bubble during a Tidal Surge extends the duration of it.
Activating a Tidal Surge grants 1 minute of "Tide Blessing". Whenever a tidal wave hits a Balloon of the player's, it causes the balloon to convert up to 8% of your Convert Total into Honey Tokens worth x2.5 that (these tokens can not be collected by token link) and if the balloon is golden, grants 10 seconds of Tide Blessing. Tide Blessing stacks up to 4 hours, and grants up to x1.2 Blue Pollen, Honey From Tokens, Convert Rate at Hive, Pollen from Bees, and Pollen from Tools.

- The Tide Popper was originally called the "Aqua Popper".
- Its red counterpart is the Dark Scythe, which is sold in the Red HQ, and its white counterpart is the Gummyballer, which is sold in Gummy Bear’s Lair.
- If a wave is as high as a balloon, it can make the balloon convert pollen without Tidal Surge.
- This is the only blue tool that doesn't multiply the amount of blue pollen. It has the same case as the Dark Scythe.
- There is currently a glitch that makes the player holding the Tide Popper have black trails.
- This is tied with the Dark Scythe for being the fifth most expensive item in the game, both having a cost of 2.5T Honey. In front of the Tide Popper and Dark Scythe is the Petal Planter, costing 5T Honey, Coconut Belt costing 7.5T Honey, the Gummyballer, costing 10T Honey, and The Planter Of Plenty, costing 100T Honey.

- On December 28, 2021, the Tide Popper was obtainable through an exploit that was able to give you the Tide Popper, the same going for the Gummyballer and Dark Scythe. This was later patched by Onett and everybody who used the exploit would get a full reset on their account.
- On 2022-01-01, there was a glitch where if the Tide Popper was viewed in the shop, it would cause the game to freeze and not let the player exit.
- There was a glitch allowing players to buy the Tide Popper without completing 250 Gifted Bucko Bee quests. If the Tide Popper was bought without doing 250 Gifted Bucko Bee quests, the item could be equipped after doing 250 Gifted Bucko Bee quests. This was also the case with the Dark Scythe.
- After the 2024-05-23 update, the Tide Popper needs 3 Comforting Vials and 150 Stingers, more than the previous 0 and less than the previous 200 (respectively) before.
- The Tide Popper, alongside the Dark Scythe and Gummyballer are the only items without an in-game description which details stats.
- The Tide Popper, as well as any other item that costed more than 1 billion Honey, used to display the honey cost as the full number, rather than shortening it.
