Top Bear is a bear who runs the Mountain Top Shop. Like other Shop Bears, Top Bear's presence is not required to make any purchases in the shop.
Top Bear's appearance is yellow skin, white shirt, green pants, and a smiley face. Top Bear is similar to Noob Bear and Pro Bear, as the only difference between them is the colors of their clothing.

- Top Bear is the only NPC in the 25 Bee Zone.
- This bear is one of the six bears without any function quest-wise, the other five being Noob Bear, Pro Bear, Shadow Bear, Tunnel Bear and the Snowbear.
- This bear, Noob Bear, Pro Bear, and Shadow Bear are the only bears without a function whatsoever.
- Unlike the other Shop Bears, Top Bear was introduced in 2018-07-11 update, whereas the other two Shop Bears were already present when the game was released. This means that the Mountain Top Shop was once not run by any bears.
- Before the 2019-09-28 update, players were able to cause a Rogue Vicious Bee to damage or even kill Top Bear if they stood near him. This was later patched in said update, where the bear was given infinite health.
