Editors' Updates
Well, I don't really have anything better to do (I'm lying), so I decided I'd create a blog for (hopefully) weekly updates on the editing side of the wiki. Hopefully it highlights that we do some stuff behind the scenes that you might not notice from the surface. If you want, you can also use this blog as a means of suggestions. Food for thought. Yes, it's 22 days late, we know. But isn't that exciting? Because this year, I'm honored to announce the newly added profile tag! And here it is!
In order to receive this tag, all you have to do is reply to this blog (ping me and I'll add it faster) saying that you want it, and it'll magically be yours. (When an administrator is online to add it, so please be patient!) There are no requirements other than that. The tag might be permanent, but it's not yet clear where it'll go after some time. Capitalization
Since it's a slightly unnoticed majorly annoying minor issue (yes, I fit two oxymorons in a single sentence), I decided to make an unofficial guide to captializing words whenever they show up in articles.
- Common nouns (generic regular words) are not capitalized.
- Proper nouns (names) are capitalized.*
- Template:Cost and Template:Color function as exceptions where all item names are capitalized, no matter what. It's just how the templates function.
